Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial accounts on a defined route. You’ll operate waste collection trucks, dump front-load containers, and ensure safe, efficient service while maintaining paperwork and route documentation.

Qualifications include a valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card, 1–2 years of CDL experience preferred, strong English communication, and the ability to handle physical work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map or navigation system.
• Must be able to enter/exit the truck 100–150 times per day.
• General knowledge of truck mechanics and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks on assigned routes to provide trash/recycling removal services.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIR logs.
