Job summary

Waste Pro USA is hiring an energetic Front Load Driver CDL to service commercial accounts on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, operate a front-load refuse truck, and maintain logs and records while delivering courteous customer service.

Must hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), be 21 or older, and comply with DOT regulations. The role requires English communication skills and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of DOT requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles.
Able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and co-workers and to complete paperwork.
Operate and drive refuse trucks safely and follow designated routes.

Responsibilities

Operate front-load refuse trucks on assigned routes and dump containers.
Complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
Provide courteous and expeditious customer service and report issues to appropriate contacts.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safety of each employee encountered.
Maintain a clean truck and equipment; perform routine maintenance as needed.
