Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safe, efficient service to customers.

Responsibilities include completing route sheets, keeping logs, and maintaining the vehicle, while delivering courteous, professional service and reporting any issues to supervisors. A valid CDL and 21+ age are required, with English proficiency for communications.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of DOT and State requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, fuel, log books, and vehicle condition reports.
• Maintain clean truck and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide professional customer service and report issues to appropriate contacts.
