Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial accounts on an assigned route, hauling waste and recycling to disposal or processing sites. You will safely operate the front-load truck, dump containers, and maintain clean, organized equipment and route documents.

Applicants should hold at least a valid Class B CDL, be comfortable with daily truck entries, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Ability to read and understand maps or navigation.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-load trucks to service commercial customers on assigned routes.
• Dump containers safely and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain route sheets and logs; report any issues.
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure clean work area.
