Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver to service commercial accounts on pre-assigned routes in Florida. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and transport waste to local landfills, while maintaining a clean, safe vehicle and providing courteous customer service.

Requirements include valid CDL (Class A or B), a clean driving record, and being at least 21 years old. English communication and DOT knowledge are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/State requirements for CMV operators.
• Demonstrate hearing and vision capabilities.
• Drive a refuse truck and observe safe driving practices.
• Maintain written records and service responses.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load trash collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and cleaning.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues.
• Transport waste to designated landfill/disposal areas.
• Maintain clean truck; document mileage and fuel usage.
• Follow route schedules and safety guidelines.
