Waste Pro USA is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver in Florida. You will operate refuse collection vehicles on assigned routes, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure safe handling of materials. The role emphasizes courteous customer service and adherence to DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A or B CDL valid for the state where the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMV operators.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Serves commercial customers by collecting Front Load Containers.
• Empties containers using levers in the truck cab and places waste for disposal.
• Maintains route and productivity sheets, mileage, fuel, and logs as required.
• Communicates with customers and reports issues to supervisors.
• Ensures safe operation of the truck including hazard awareness and lockouts.
