Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned routes, loading containers and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the vehicle. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Eligible candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and follow DOT rules. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficient service in a fast-paced waste

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand DOT policies and safety guidelines for commercial vehicles.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned routes and load containers using the truck's levers.
• Complete route productivity sheets, mileage, fuel logs, and required vehicle reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure truck safety and cleanliness.
