Job summary

Waste Pro USA is actively seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate front load refuse trucks across pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safely manage loads, and maintain a clean vehicle while delivering courteous service to customers.

Qualified drivers must hold a Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and understand DOT requirements. A $10,000 driver award is offered, with opportunities to grow as part of the Waste Pro team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state where you operate.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Good hearing and vision with/without correction.
• Speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and cleaning.
• Dump containers into the truck using forks and manage loads.
• Maintain clean truck and report issues to supervision.
• Complete route sheets, mileage logs and vehicle reports.
• Provide courteous customer service and address issues as needed.
