Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate Front Load trucks on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and provide courteous service to customers while safely transporting waste to disposal sites.

Applicants must have a valid CDL, be at least 21, and meet DOT requirements. The role involves physical effort, long hours in varied weather, and clean truck maintenance as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of work.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand DOT and state requirements for CMV operators.
• Normal hearing and vision with or without correction.
• Ability to operate front-end, side, rear-end, or roll-off trucks.
• Able to follow designated routes and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Serves commercial business by picking up Front Load Containers and dumping into the truck.
• Completes route/productivity sheets, mileage, fuel, logs, and vehicle reports.
• Communicates professionally with customers and internal contacts.
• Ensures safe truck operation with pre/post-trip inspections and safety decisions.
• Cleans waste from packer blade and truck body on each landfill run.
• Washes exterior weekly and maintains a clean truck.
