Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, load waste, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of work.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to hear and see in normal range; read and write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial routes by emptying front load containers into the truck.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, fuel use logs and vehicle condition reports.
• Provide professional customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Safely operate the truck, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Keep truck clean and maintain equipment as directed.
