Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, load waste, and ensure safe operations while maintaining clean trucks.

Responsibilities include recording routes, mileage, fuel consumption and logs, plus delivering high-quality customer service and reporting issues to the supervisor. CDL required with a clean driving record; must be 21+ and English proficient.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of work.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to understand English.
• Must understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and truck cleaning.
• Record mileage, fuel use, logs, and other required forms.
• Provide courteous customer service and report issues to supervisors.
