Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Front Load Driver in Florida to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), a safe driving record, and strong English communications.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle records, and provide courteous customer service on a daily basis. Physical tasks include lifting heavy containers, handling dumps, and performing routine truck maintenance while working 8–12 hour shifts in varying weather

Qualifications

CDL Class A or B valid for the state of operation.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for commercial vehicles.
Able to read and speak English well enough for communication and paperwork.
Operate front-load, side-loader, rear-loader, or roll-off refuse trucks safely.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Willing to work 8–12 hour shifts in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate front-load containers on assigned routes and dump into the truck.
Complete route sheets, mileage, fuel, and log books; maintain vehicle condition reports.
Provide courteous, professional customer service and report issues to dispatch.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safety of all personnel.
Keep truck clean and maintain equipment between runs.
