Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety‑conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste containers on assigned routes in Chattanooga. You will operate a Front-End Loader truck, ensure timely pickups, and maintain safety and DOT compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A or B) and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Front-End Loader (FEL) equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain DOT compliance and company safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address service concerns.
