Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Minimum 3 years of front-end or heavy equipment experience.
• Waste industry experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Front-End Loader (FEL) to collect commercial waste.
• Complete routes efficiently and according to schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure proper servicing of containers and minimize property damage.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
• Use route management technology as required.
• Complete route documentation and paperwork accurately.
• Assist with training new drivers when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
