Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste containers on an assigned route. You will operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck and provide excellent customer service while adhering to DOT and company safety rules.

The ideal candidate works independently, completes routes on schedule, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintains professional standards with customers and the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and physical.
• Minimum age 21.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in varying weather and traffic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate FEL truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
