Capital Waste Services in Beaufort, SC is seeking a safety-conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste routes using an FEL truck. You will ensure on-time pickups, perform inspections, and maintain high safety and customer-service standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, DOT compliance, and a minimum of 3 years experience with front-end operations. Candidates must be reliable, energetic, and able to work early hours with varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and physical examination.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Front-End.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and according to schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure proper servicing of commercial containers while minimizing property damage.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address service-related concerns.
