Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety‑conscious Front‑End Driver to service commercial dumpsters along an assigned route using a Front‑End Loader (FEL) truck. You will provide reliable service, maintain safety, and comply with DOT and company policies while delivering excellent customer experiences.

This role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical examination.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and per schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper servicing of containers while minimizing property damage.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address service-related concerns.
• Use route management technology and onboard systems as required.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition.
• Report accidents, incidents, equipment failures, and safety hazards immediately.
• Complete route documentation and required paperwork timely.
