The role uses a Front-End Loader truck and requires adherence to DOT, company, and safety regulations while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. The job involves early starts, potential overtime, and operating in varying weather

Qualifikationen

• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and physical examination.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Experience operating Front-End Loader (FEL) or similar equipment is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and according to schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure proper servicing of commercial containers while minimizing property damage.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and address service-related concerns.
• Use route management technology and onboard systems as required.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition.
• Report accidents, incidents, equipment failures, and safety hazards immediately.
• Complete route documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with training new drivers when assigned.
