Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety‑minded Front-End Driver to service commercial dumpsters on an assigned route using a Front-End Loader truck. You will deliver reliable service while upholding DOT and company safety standards and providing excellent customer interactions.

The role requires independent work, time management, and professional representation of Capital Waste Services with customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• Good driving record and insurability.
• DOT drug screen, background check and physical exam required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to operate in varying weather and traffic conditions safely.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure proper servicing of containers while minimizing property damage.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
