Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain required license for the position.
• A good driving record is required.
• Ability to operate various utility trucks and equipment safely.
• Ability to use hand tools safely.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and crew.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, drive, deliver, dig, and place construction materials and equipment.
• Hand dig using shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate heavy equipment and work around it safely.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safe coordination with crew and surroundings.
• Setup, preparation, and cleanup of construction sites.
• Learn crew duties and assist foreman as needed.
• Develop understanding of buried utilities.
• Lift heavy equipment and supplies.
