Job summary

FiberTel, LLC in Sparks, NV is hiring CDL Laborers to support telecom construction projects. You will perform general labor tasks, assist foremen, and help install and maintain underground cabling and related infrastructure.

The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401k options. Candidates must have a Class A CDL, pass drug tests, and be able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Class A CDL and ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Must possess valid driver’s license or be willing to obtain one.
• Good driving record required and ability to operate safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of telecommunication construction as directed by Foreman.
• Load, drive, and place construction materials and equipment.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Operate heavy equipment and work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safety and coordinate movements on site.
• Assist crew and foreman with setup and cleanup of sites.
