FedEx Freight is seeking a driver development coordinator to mentor pre-qualified employees toward CDL readiness, lead safety inspections, and coordinate driver development curricula. You will conduct tests, assist operations, and ensure compliant training delivery across schedules and locations.

The role requires a Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements, plus two years’ CMV experience and DOT regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Must possess a class A CDL with double/triple, hazmat, and tank endorsements.
• Two years, within the last three years, operating a Class A CMV.
• DOT regulatory requirements knowledge under FMC §391.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct and mentor pre-qualified employees to CDL readiness.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Manage scheduling of driver development classes and exercises.
• Coordinate with operations to recruit and advance participants.
• Perform road tests and apply Smith System safe driving guidelines.
