Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for drivers and related roles.
• Knowledge of CDL drivers and DOT requirements is preferred.
• Experience with safety compliance and FMCSA regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit professional drivers for all asset types, including DOT/CDL capable resources.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to onboard drivers into the pool.
• Collaborate with safety/compliance to ensure proper onboarding and training.
• Provide reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics.
• Grow a nationwide driver network and engage with internal stakeholders.
