Unknown is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiter responsible for screening and selecting candidates for driving positions. You will maintain candidate databases, post ads, and coordinate interviews, road tests, and evaluations to align with operational needs.

Responsibilities include pre-screening, driver qualification compliance, and offsite recruiting at schools or events. Strong English/Spanish skills and ATS proficiency are required to ensure regulatory and hiring standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified CDL drivers (Local, Regional, OTR) according to operational needs.
• Contact and pre-screen candidates to verify experience, license type, and basic qualifications.
• Schedule interviews, road tests, and required evaluations.
• Coordinate candidate approvals with Safety and Operations.
• Ensure all driver qualification files comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and other systems.
• Create job postings using approved networks.
• Conduct interviews with candidates via phone and in person.
