Job summary

Austin Powder in Denton, TX is seeking a CDL Class B Driver/Operator to safely transport and deliver bulk products and support on-site operations. You will operate mobile manufacturing units and perform heavy labor at job sites, reporting to the Location Manager.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate load documentation, and compliance with safety and explosive regulations. This role requires outdoor work, early hours, and physical effort with 50-lb lifts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license is required with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old per DOT; able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements are preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and maintain accurate logs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/operate vehicles and equipment safely and professionally.
• Drive 20–30% of time; perform physical labor with hand tools outside.
• Load/unload and transport materials, inventory, and cargo to destinations.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with explosive regulations and company policies.
