Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. seeks a Support CDL Driver to fill in on open routes and support daily delivery operations. This flexible role requires covering varying routes and schedules while maintaining safety, service, and delivery standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to route completion, with potential overtime and voluntary weekend OT. Starting wage ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for CDL Class-A drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license or complete Company paid CDL training program.

Responsibilities

• Cover open, vacant or temporarily unassigned routes.
• Assist drivers with daily morning duties such as sorting freight and loading trucks.
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers in a timely manner.
• Inspect and report mechanical issues with the vehicle.
• Collect payments as needed and verify shipper paperwork.
