Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to operate a collection truck, ensuring safety and prompt service for customers on assigned routes. The role requires pre- and post-trip inspections, adherence to safety standards, and accurate reporting of route activities.

You will interact with customers daily, maintain vehicle readiness, and follow dispatch instructions to complete scheduled pickups with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Safely operate the collection truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Complete required reports, route productivity sheets, and VCRs daily.
• Adhere to safety policies and Company procedures; maintain productive, courteous service.
