Republic Services is seeking a CDL B driver to safely operate a collection truck on assigned routes. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, perform daily vehicle inspections, and complete necessary reports. Customer service and on-time service are key expectations for this role.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Safely operate the truck along the designated route to service each customer.
• Load refuse and operate the compactor following company safety policies.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service.
• Complete required route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs).
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
