Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a concrete mixer truck driver to safely operate, deliver and unload ready-mixed concrete to customer sites. The role requires a Class B CDL, the ability to follow dispatcher instructions, and adherence to safety rules.

Responsibilities include maintaining the truck, handling deliveries, reading tickets, and performing basic maintenance. The job also involves working nights or weekends as needed and complying with company policies in a team

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B CDL.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with OSHA and USDOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Communicate with Dispatcher/Plant Manager regarding deliveries; record tickets and signatures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; assist with yard work as needed.
