The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is a leading supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready‑mix concrete and paving services in Ohio. As a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver, you will safely operate a ready‑mix truck, deliver to job sites, and maintain equipment while following dispatch instructions and safety policies.

The role requires a Class B CDL and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. You will interact with dispatch and customers and contribute to a safety‑driven, efficient operation

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid minimum class B CDL.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready‑mixed concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely and efficiently.
• Complete delivery tickets and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment; perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
