Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of tractor trailer experience.
• CDL A license required.
• Valid DOT Health Card and/or ability to secure one.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company driving policies; report hazards.
• Move trailers to/from loading docks and designated parking areas.
• Handle paperwork related to offsite maintenance/inspections.
• Ensure tractors/trailers and freight are securely locked when not in use.
• Perform housekeeping duties in the tractor/ loading dock area; keep trailers clean.
• End of shift, secure equipment and complete required paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
