Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is seeking new CDL-A drivers with paid training. You will learn on the road with a mentor and start at $0.50 per mile, with about $1,300–$1,400 weekly for 2,600–2,800 miles. The plan includes onboarding, hotel coverage, a food stipend, and a road-mentor program that leads to your own truck.

Qualifications

• 21 or older with a Class A CDL.
• 120+ hours at a verifiable truck driving school, finished in the last 12 months.
• Max 4 moving violations in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100% no-touch dry van with 70% drop and hook.
• Loads planned 24–72 hours ahead with our customers.
• Out 1–2 weeks, Monday to Saturday, 34-hour reset each Sunday.
• Take the truck home on days off.
• Travel reimbursement up to $800.

Brand new CDL? Good. We would rather train you our way than fix habits from somewhere else. You learn on the road with a mentor, then earn the full $0.50 per mile solo, around $1,300 to $1,400 a week at 2,600 to 2,800 miles.

The Plan From Day One

• First week is onboarding: get to know the company, show your skills and practice whatever needs work
• Hotel covered and $100 for food during that week
• Then at least 10 days over the road with a mentor, driving 5+ hours daily, paid $75 a day
• Pass the backing evaluation, pre-trip and road test, and you get your own truck

What You Earn

• Same $0.50 per mile starting rate as experienced drivers at 2,000 safe miles
• Weekly incentive of 8 to 10 cents per mile for top performers
• Paid every Friday by direct deposit
• $15 an hour detention after 2 hours and $15 per extra stop
• $200 orientation pay after hire

The Work
