Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Tacoma, WA is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers. You’ll train with an experienced trainer, ride on real loads, and transition to solo driving with full pay after your trainer signs off.

The role covers dry van freight across the western states, about 2,000 miles per week, with home time every two weeks and day/night dispatch including weekends. Compensation includes $900 weekly during training, a guaranteed $1,000 per week for your first 3 months solo, average weekly earnings

Qualifications

• Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR.

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Tacoma area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check.

How You Start

• Starting rate of 50 cents per mile
• $15 stop pay
