Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and return full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. The role requires a CDL A with doubles endorsement and at least 12 months of commercial driving experience, plus DOT compliance and a clean MVR.

The position operates on a 3rd shift schedule (Sun–Thu nights) with safety-first protocols and routine safety checks. Benefits begin Day 1; opportunities for career growth exist within the network.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
• Perform safety checks pre/post trip as per DOT regulations.
• Inspect and secure freight in trailers.
• Complete daily hours-of-service log per DOT and company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize trailers and loading dock areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
