Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated hauling of home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. This 100% no-touch operation features mostly drop-and-hook loads, with 5–10 loads per week and routes across AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE, and SD.

You will earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with a first-year sign-on bonus and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid orientation. Expect reliable home time and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire; training support provided.
• Live within 50 miles of Garden City, KS.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Garden City, KS.
