Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL truck drivers for dedicated routes hauling home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. This position offers 100% no-touch freight, 95% drop-and-hook, and 7–10 loads per week across multiple Midwest and surrounding states.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Job description

Overview

• Haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook.

• Drive within AR, CO, IA, KS, MO, NE and WY.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
