Schneider National is seeking experienced drivers for dedicated driving to haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers, with 100% no-touch freight and about 90% drop-and-hook.

Routes run through AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE and SD, with weekly pay, a $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay during your first 90 days, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Garden City, KS.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Garden City, KS.
