Job summary

Schneider National is hiring CDL Class A drivers for dedicated Midwest routes. You will haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch loads and about 90% drop-and-hook. Routes cover AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE and SD.

Expect mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a $1,000 weekly guarantee during your first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and competitive sign-on bonuses. Full benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Topeka, KS.
