Job summary

Schneider National in Tulsa, OK, is hiring truck drivers to haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. All loads are 100% no-touch with about 5–10 loads per week across AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE, and SD.

You will receive mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, with a weekly guaranteed pay during the first 90 days, plus sign-on bonuses and an annual bonus opportunity. Schneider offers paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Tulsa, OK.
