Job summary

Schneider National in Fremont, NE is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated routes, hauling home improvement supplies in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and frequent drop-and-hook, 7–10 loads per week, serving AR, CO, IA, KS, MO, NE and WY.

We offer competitive pay with weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 60 miles of Omaha, NE.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
