Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers in the Grand Island, NE area. Expect 5–10 loads per week with 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook, plus competitive pay and bonuses.

You will operate within AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE, and SD, with weekly pay, orientation paid, PTO after 6 months, and a generous sign-on package for experienced or inexperienced drivers.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Grand Island, NE.
