Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking regional West Coast drivers based in Rialto, CA. You’ll run western states, stay within a few days of home, and return home every two weeks. Training is paid, mentoring is provided, and a guaranteed weekly pay plan starts after orientation.

Final solo you'll operate your own truck with a 1.5-year fleet age average and can earn $1,000+ weekly, with bonuses up to $0.06 per mile and $15 per extra stop. Weekly pay is standard.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL.
• Recent CDL school graduate with 120 hours or more, or 6 months of driving experience.
• Clean driving record: <=2 moving violations in 2 years and no DUI/DWI in 10 years.
• DOT physical, hair test and urine test required.

Responsibilities

• Drive regionally in the West and stay within reach of home base.
• Train with a mentor for 4–6 weeks; then solo with guaranteed pay.
• Weekly pay with home every two weeks and weekend/holiday support.

Rialto and Inland Empire drivers: regional runs that stay west of the Mississippi and bring you back home every two weeks.

Brand-new license, zero miles? You can still start here. Training is paid and you are never thrown in alone.

Your paycheck

• Training pay: $850 a week
• Guaranteed $1,000 a week for your first 90 days solo
• $1,000 to $1,200 average per week
• 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly
• Most runs are 3 days or less
• Home every two weeks
• Up to $0.06 per mile monthly performance bonus
• $15 per extra stop
• You get paid weekly

Day to day

You run western states only, so you are never more than a few days from home. Want more miles? You can ask to run past the Mississippi.

Day and night dispatch, weekends included. Holidays can be worked out with your driver leader.

How we get you from CDL school to solo

• Call: we talk through your license and record first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, one-way bus fare reimbursed, $300 after you are hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks riding with a mentor who helps with backing, logs, fuel stops and route planning. Pay is $850 weekly.
• Solo: your own truck, fleet average age 1.5 years, 10-speeds and automatics. $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months.

Straight answers for new drivers

• Will I be gone for months? No. Runs stay in the West, most are 3 days or less, and you are home every two weeks.
• What if my first solo weeks are slow? You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months.
• I am not good at backing yet. Nobody is on day one. You get weeks of practice with a mentor next to you before you ever drive alone.
• Does my CDL school count? If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
