Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a Regional CDL-A Driver for a fixed lane across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA. New CDL‑A graduates welcome. Training includes paid OTR instruction and a guaranteed weekly pay during training.

Home every two weeks with day/night dispatch and weekend work. Freight involves live load/unload and 60% drop-and-hook, with reefer trailers across a defined regional lane.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of solo verifiable OTR experience in the last 12
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving history; no more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within past 5 to 10 years and none behind the wheel of a CMV ever
• Must pass standard background checks and hair/urine drug testing

Responsibilities

• Operate reefer trailers on a defined regional lane across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA
• Perform live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook freight (about 60% drop and hook)
• Day and night dispatch with weekend work required; home every two weeks
