Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring a Regional CDL-A Driver for a fixed regional lane across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA. No experience required beyond a 120+ hour certificate; paid OTR training runs 4–6 weeks with an experienced trainer.

During training you’ll earn $850 per week, then transition to solo pay; guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months after your first solo dispatch. Home every two weeks, with day and night dispatch and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of solo verifiable OTR experience in the last 12 months.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving history; no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 5–10 years; no DUI behind the wheel of a CMV ever.
• Must pass standard background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional CDL-A assignments across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA.
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook freight; 60% drop and hook.
• Dispatch available day and night with weekend work required.
• Home every two weeks; holiday work coordinated with driver leader.
