The position requires a Class A CDL or CLP, a clean MVR, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The role offers hourly pay from $26.23 to $31.23 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a class A CDL or CLP prior to entering job classification.
• Must possess acceptable MVR based on hiring standards.
• Must meet all DOT regulations under FMC guidance.
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to hook up and break down trailers requiring ~100 lbs lift multiple times daily.
• Sitting, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing in/out of the truck.
• Follow instructions and complete required training.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer, including doubles/straight trucks.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and inter-trip safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies.
• Maintain accurate daily logs.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Communicate with Dispatch and follow instructions regarding delays or issues.
• Comply with hazmat regulations and placarding as required.
• Provide internal/external customer service.
• Perform freight handling and related duties as needed.
