Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare in Lombard, IL is expanding its CCP services and seeks an experienced Home Care Supervisor to lead the new vertical while sustaining current operations. The role emphasizes process development, client care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will recruit and train staff, manage a 50-client caseload, and ensure timely responses to inquiries, with a focus on quality patient outcomes and community integration.

Qualifications

• CCP supervision experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry/record-keeping.
• Homecare Supervisor Certification is required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CCP vertical and support existing operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage a caseload of up to 50 clients.
• Enter and maintain employee/client data; ensure IDoA compliance.
• Develop operational procedures for CCP services and supervise client care.
• Refer clients to appropriate programs and assist with applications; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
