Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC in Lombard, IL seeks an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead the CCP vertical while supporting current operations. You will manage administrative duties, staffing, data entry, and regulatory compliance, coordinating CCP with existing home health services to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Strong written/verbal English communication is required.
• Exceptional organizational abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills are required.
• Prior office experience is necessary.
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months).
• Experience with CCP program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Duties: answer and transfer phone calls, provide quality customer service, maintain filing systems, lead CCP vertical establishment, build relationships with CCUs and community partners, manage incoming client referrals.
