Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC seeks an experienced Home Care Supervisor to lead the CCP vertical while supporting existing operations in Lombard, IL. You will oversee staffing, client care coordination, and regulatory compliance.

The role offers growth opportunities and requires CCP supervision experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. A 40-hour workweek is standard with on-site duties in Lombard.

Qualifications

• CCP supervision experience required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior office experience.
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead CCP vertical rollout and integration with existing home health services.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff; conduct training.
• Coordinate client care and referrals; manage caseloads and documentation.
• Ensure IDoA compliance and maintain client/employee records.
• Develop and implement CCP operational procedures.
