Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead our CCP vertical and coordinate the rollout with existing home health services.

You will oversee administrative, staffing, and data-entry tasks, build relationships with CCUs and community partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive scalable operations for high-quality patient care on-site.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior office experience is required.
• Must obtain Homecare Supervisor Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties including calls, filing, and CCP establishment.
• Staffing: recruit, train, supervise, and manage caseloads up to 50 clients.
• Data entry: maintain employee/client data and visit reports.
• Supervisory: evaluate staff and manage payroll reports.
• Customer service: refer programs and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
