Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support the delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within treatment programs in Tampa, FL.

You will assess behavior, design individualized plans, train patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes. The role requires CBT experience, strong communication, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work or related field.
• CBT experience preferred, with 12 months or more in clinical care or related setting.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential may be required for some programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including group sessions.
• Participate in supervision and communicate patient progress and care plan adjustments.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans in consultation with Clinical leader.
• Document mental health services and maintain timely records.
